Sustainability

Adopting sustainable policies — a business model attentive to the environment, to social wellbeing and to fair, far-sighted governance — is a priority for every organisation.

The CSRD Directive (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) applies to large companies (over 500 employees) and, from 2026, to SMEs: it calls for consistent governance and responsible management that minimises environmental impact and promotes social wellbeing. The criteria are summed up in the acronym ESG — Environmental, Social and Governance.

We guide organisations as they bring themselves into line with the rules: support in drafting the Sustainability Report and in setting strategies for the internal climate, with a culture built on responsibility and ethics. On the "Social" side, our focus is managing People fairly and inclusively, for wellbeing and growth in a safe environment.
